Marketo's API endpoint approves 1 asset per API call, so 1000 approvals = 1000 API calls (don't blame me, I didn't design it). Check your current day API usage before proceeding.
Only set rate limit padding = 0 if there are no other services using the Marketo API (higher is safer).
